The human experience has come so far from our natural balance and harmony in this world. From our ideology’s to our relationships to our diets, the entire process is now disingenuous. The only way to heal the root cause of Dis-ease is to integrate Mind+Body+Spirit restoration and rebalance.
Our relationship with food is sacred and needs to be healed. Our relationship with one another is sacred and needs to be restored. Food is cellular information, which tells your body what to do and how to restore. Food can heal your DNA. Food is medicine.
All dis-ease can be traced back to a mineral imbalance that’s been neglected for far too long. Causing acidic blood (acidosis) which is what causes inflammation in the body...that manifests into dis-ease. One way to heal relationships is to create nourishing meals full of positive loving intentions for your loved ones. It all starts with food and healthy relationships. Our two vital foundations as human beings, may you find the healing you need in both of these foundations🙏🏾💜🍏

Green Goddess High Vibrational Smoothie~

I just love drinking my greens! And why not when you can disguise them in high-powered deliciousness. I look forward to this smoothie every day, as a quick high energy giving breakfast or before or after a workout. This green goddess will keep you full, energized, and satisfied until lunch time. Rich in healing properties, Beautifying, nourishing, rejuvenating and extremely alkalizing to the body. Here's what you're going to need to get out there and get your soul glow on. 
  •  high-powered blender (I love blendtec's performance)
  • 2 cups of water
  • greens of your choice I like combining a big handful of kale and a big handful of romaine
  • 1 lemon (cleansing, alkalizing)
  • 1 green apple (pectin chelates heavy metals out of the body)
  • 1 stick of celery or 1 cucumber whatever you fancy..
  • 6-8 basil leaves (orientin flavonoid protects from radiation exposure)
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 ripe banana
  • small piece of fresh ginger (digestive, anti-inflammatory)
  • small piece of fresh turmeric root (anti-inflammatory, protects from radiation exposure)
